2. Where do in-person events take place? Do you have a yoga studio?

My weekly in-person yoga and wellness classes are hosted at Kalinaw Wellness Home Yoga Studio in Imus, Cavite. This space can also be booked for private gatherings, custom workshops, or company retreats.

3. Can you travel to other locations host events?

Yes, I can travel to host or facilitate in-person events.

1. Are classes suitable for total beginners? Do I need prior experience?

Our practice is beginner-friendly, accessible, and highly doable. No prior experience needed. Just come as you are.

Reminders for participants attending sessions at Kalinaw Wellness Home Yoga Studio:

  • Dress comfortably with clothes that let you move and breathe freely.

  • Bring a water bottle or refreshments.

  • Avoid eating a heavy meal before the session.

  • Yoga mats, blocks, bolsters and straps are available at the venue. You may still choose to bring your own.

  • Please let Apple know before class if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns so we can help adjust the poses for you. Our practice prioritizes accessibility and comfort above all.

  • We have dogs in our household. They will be kept in a separate area during the session.
